![]() ![]() First thing I did was split the episodes between 2 subfolders called Season 1 and season 2 because for some reason Plex would only display 100 episodes when all 167 episodes were in a single folder. ![]() I decided to throw Plex's agents to the wayside and brute force it in the laziest way I could. Has someone been able to fix this?įor anyone who's coming here from Google in the year of our lord 2022 or later, here is what I did to fix this issue. I just want to sort and watch Dragon Ball Kai in the right order. Is editing the data on aniDB the only solution? Why hasn't this been done already? But aniDB has the same order and episode classification as TheTVDB, and it's also missing episodes 99-167. So I tried the HTTP Anidb Metadata Agent (HAMA). They also refuse to use Wikipedia as a source. Unfortunately TheTVDB is a pain in the ass when it comes to changing show details after it's been added. TheTVDB lists these episodes as specials causing Plex to index them all before season 1.Ī proper viewing order is listed on Wikipedia. Unfortunately it's the same case for some episodes on the US and JP blurays. The blurays are my source.ĭragon Ball Kai has some episodes that aired only in the US, and some episodes that only aired in JP. It's the first anime I'm dealing with on Plex, but I have a lot of trouble getting everything in the right order. I decided I want to get Dragon Ball Kai on my Plex server. ![]()
